City tour 3 hours

Explore and learn about Kiruna and it´s cultural heritage on a 3-hour tour with us! 

Kiruna is the city known for being relocated due to the mining, but it also has an exciting history.

This tour will take you on an exploration where you will experience both the old and new Kiruna city centre and its cultural diversity, Sámi and Tornedalian cultural heritage. Learn about LKAB’s managing director and city founder Hjalmar Lundbohm and his vision of creating the model society. You will hear about the church and how it has been relocated to the new city
centre. 

Please note that we cannot visit INSIDE the Church due to restauration after the move to the new location, reopening will be during 2027!

The tour is in English and suitable for all ages, however we cannot allow infants in need of a stroller to participate due to that we cannot bring a stroller in the bus.

Light walking in terrain might occur, therefore the tour is not suitable for people with walking disabilities.

Cancellation policy: This transfer is not eligible for refund however you can book up to 24 hours before departure time if you are not sure about your travel plans.

If Kiruna Buss for some reasons needs to cancel the tour, full refund will be made.

Kiruna, staden som är känd för att flyttats på grund av
gruvdriften, men den har också en spännande historia.

Denna rundtur tar dig med på en upptäcktsfärd där du får
uppleva både gamla och nya Kiruna stadskärna och dess kulturella mångfald,
samiska och tornedalska kulturarv. Lär dig om LKAB:s VD och stadsgrundare
Hjalmar Lundbohm och hans vision om att skapa ett mönstersamhälle. Du kommer
att höra om kyrkan och hur den har flyttats till den nya stadskärnan.

Turen är på engelska och lämplig för alla åldrar, dock
ej spädbarn i behov av barnvagn på grund av att vi ej kan ta barnvagn i bussen.

Lätt vandring i terräng kan förekomma, därför är turen inte
lämplig för personer med rörelsefunktionshinder.

du kan boka upp till 24 timmar före avgångstid om du är osäker på dina
resplaner.

Om Kiruna Buss av någon anledning behöver ställa in turen
kommer full återbetalning att göras.
